Even good to serve at tea time
Ingredients:
Channa Dal – 250gms (soaked overnight)
Green Chillies – 6-8 as per taste
Ginger – 1”pcs
Whole garam masala – (clove – 2, cinnamon stick – 1” pcs,
peppercorns – 5nos)
Corriander leaves – ½ cup
Dill leaves – 1 cup
Onion – 1 cup finely cubed
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying – (one can alternately use an air fryer
or grill it in the oven at 180degree celcius for 20mins)
