Ingredients:
Fish Fillet – 250gms
Redchilly powder –
2tsp
Lemon Juice – 2tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Gram flour – 1cup
Ajwain – 1tbsp
Curd – ½ cup
Cornflour – 2tbsp
Egg – 1 no (optional I do not prefer it)
Chat masala – for garnishing
Oil for frying – (one can alternately use an air fryer or
grill it in the oven at 180degree celsius for 20mins)
Method:
Dice the fish fillet into one inch pieces. Marinate them
with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice red chilly powder & salt for 20mins.
Make a thick batter of gram flour, ajwain, curd, corn flour, salt, egg. Dip the
marinated pieces of fish into the batter and fry as per your choice. Garnish it
with dash of lemon, chaat masala & mint leaves.
